Fleetack maintains complete passenger records — linked to route enrollments, term schedules, family contacts, and school information. Routes assign per term and roll over automatically. Contacts receive automated SMS or email notifications when a student boards, is dropped off, or when a route is delayed. A self-service portal gives families read-only access to route status without calling the school.

When a new term starts, enrollments roll over from the previous term. No re-importing or re-entering student lists.
