Fleetack stores student records, GPS data, employee records, and compliance documents on behalf of customer operators. The platform is built around encryption, tenant isolation, role-based access, and audit logging.

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ and at rest using AES-256. GPS coordinates, student records, and compliance documents are never stored unencrypted.

Each organization's data is fully isolated at the database level. No cross-tenant data exposure is architecturally possible — your data is yours and only yours.

Granular permissions control what each user can see and do. Dispatchers, administrators, drivers, and parents all have separate access tiers with no overlap.

Every significant action in the platform is logged with timestamp, user, and change details. Audit logs cannot be modified or deleted by end users.
