Who Fleetack serves.

Transportation operators coordinate vehicles, drivers, routes, customers, family contacts, and compliance records on a daily basis. The work spans dispatch, GPS tracking, payroll, surveillance, maintenance, and reporting — typically across separate tools.

Fleetack consolidates these areas into a single platform. Records flow between modules so a completed trip generates a payroll entry, a compliance lapse is visible during dispatch, and an export covers exactly what was run for a customer in a given period.

Operators range from district transportation departments running a few dozen vehicles to multi-contract transportation companies running several hundred. The same platform serves both.

Operations focus

Workflows are built around dispatchers, compliance managers, payroll administrators, and transportation directors. Each module corresponds to an operational task rather than a generic feature category.

Fleetack configurable per operator illustration

Configurable per operator

Routes, pay rules, compliance categories, notification preferences, and reminder intervals are configurable per organization. The platform does not require operators to adapt to a fixed workflow.

Audit and accountability

Every change to a record — pay rate updates, shift reassignments, compliance entries, clock events, dispatch reassignments — is logged with timestamp and user identity.
