Fleet management software
for transportation operators.
Fleetack is a platform for bus companies, school districts, charter operators, and transit agencies. It includes GPS tracking, dispatch, route scheduling, compliance, payroll, surveillance, maintenance, and family notifications — accessible from a single login.
Nine modules.
One platform.
The Fleetack platform is organized into nine modules covering live operations, compliance, workforce management, and reporting. All modules are included — there is no separate licensing per module.
Module detailsGPS & Live Tracking
Real-time vehicle positions, geofence monitoring, speed alerts, and route deviation detection. Visible on a shared live map from any browser.
Dispatch Board

Per-term enrollment, automated SMS and email notifications for boarding and drop-off, and a self-service portal for family contacts.
How each module works.
Live operations dashboard.
A live board showing every vehicle, driver, and route with current status. Substitute assignments, vehicle reassignment, exception flagging, and shift status are managed directly from the board — across school routes, charters, and customer contracts.
From signed contract to live operation.
Onboarding is handled by the Fleetack team — vehicle import, driver records, routes, and compliance data. Most operators are running daily operations on the platform within a week.
Initial contact
A short call covering your fleet size, customer contracts, current setup, and compliance requirements. A walkthrough is scheduled around your operation.
Account setup
The Fleetack team imports vehicles, drivers, routes, and compliance records. Most operators are live within a week of signing on.
Daily operations
Dispatchers use the live board, drivers clock in from a device or kiosk, GPS records every position, and notifications are sent to family contacts.
Reporting period
Pay periods close with bulk approval. Billing exports run per customer or per route. Compliance records are exportable for audits at any time.
Schedule a walkthrough.
A 30-minute session covering the modules relevant to your operation, run by a Fleetack engineer.
Operators using Fleetack.
We consolidated three separate tools onto Fleetack. The dispatch team works from a single live screen now, and our admin time is meaningfully lower.
Reminder intervals on driver certifications mean we no longer find out about an expired CDL during a job. Compliance audits use a single export.
Payroll used to take two days per period. Each trip is logged against the assigned driver at the right rate, so closing now takes under twenty minutes.
